OKC had the great pleasure to host a back to school supply drive for Santa Fe South Schools. Competing between departments. The winners of course, our technicians. These supplies will be supplamented with SFS displaced families. We truly appreciate the heart of service at Imperial. Superintendent Chris Brewster, our tech representative Moses are featured in the picture below. We are so excited to continue to foster a relationship with the school district!
Team appreciation is always on the menu! Our Lawton branch recently took time out to connect and recharge over hot dogs, lawn games, and trivia. Fostering a supportive, engaged workforce starts with celebrating the people who drive us forward, and our Lawton team showed up in full force for a great day of fun and connection!

This week, members of our Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and El Paso Technical Services teams traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico, for specialized equipment training. During the training, they gained hands-on experience in preparing, operating, and servicing coffee machines, enhancing their technical knowledge and skills.
This investment in training strengthens our team's ability to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. It was also a great opportunity for our technicians to collaborate, learn from one another, and continue growing as a team.
