Technician Training in Albuquerque, NM
This week, members of our Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and El Paso Technical Services teams traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico, for specialized equipment training. During the training, they gained hands-on experience in preparing, operating, and servicing coffee machines, enhancing their technical knowledge and skills.
This investment in training strengthens our team's ability to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. It was also a great opportunity for our technicians to collaborate, learn from one another, and continue growing as a team.
Congratulations to our Technical Services team! Your hard work, commitment to learning, and dedication to excellence help Imperial continue delivering world-class customer service. Keep up the great work!

GREAT TEAMWORK!
We had a last-minute schedule change for a very large delivery for the Copeland BBQ tomorrow and an emergency machine move in Lebanon. We are down a few techs with a full calendar. Both are on Dirk Sr's route. I asked if he could take the product to Copeland and move the machines at Lebanon schools. No hesitation, Dirk said yes. One thing about Dirk is that he is always willing to help!
