Another Example of World Class Service!!!

On Friday, 12/26, we didn’t have any drivers or managers working that had credentials to get into 3M to fill the market. Market Service Techs, Quincy and Tyler, met up with the driver and were able to go in and fill the market. They had great attitudes and took care of the customer for us.

The Rogersville warehouse took part in the annual Christmas parade put on by the Rogersville Chamber of Commerce. Special thanks to employees, Rob Eagleburger, Shawn Crawley and Becca Luebbert, and their families for representing!

🎄🎄🎄Fort Smith Christmas Parade🎄🎄🎄

 

Fort Smith showing up for the community: 

"We had a few employees who volunteered to represent Imperial Vending in the Fort Smith Christmas Parade! David and Joharah R, Eric W, and Josh P.  They took 10 cases of Imperial Water to hand out, and everyone was more excited about that than they were the candy everyone else had!! They said they could have easily gone through a whole pallet, but we were not expecting the turnout or the excitement everyone showed seeing them there. (Thousands! 😳) They said our name was announced over the loudspeaker and everyone started cheering and clapping. It really pumped up our volunteers and now they are excited to do it again next year lol! (But even better 😉)
