Happy Retirement George Berry!

It is with mixed emotions we are announcing today that George Berry is retiring.
We are sad to see him leave, but very happy for his next adventure in life.

George has held a strategic role in Imperial’s success since Paul purchased his company in 1994.
We are so grateful to him for all of his years of service and dedication.
We wish him the best.
We know that Ro and the grandkids will keep him busy.

George will transition his role over the next couple of weeks.  John Slaughter will be stepping in as the
Interim GM for Tulsa.
We look forward to all the great things our team has in store.

Thank you George for all you have done, who you are, and who you have helped us become.
We will miss you greatly.

Happy Retirement Carolyn - We will miss you.

Carolyn is retiring.

We are sad to see her leave, but very happy for the time she will have to spend with her family.

Carolyn came to Imperial in 2003 after working for one of Imperial’s customers for many years before.
We will truly miss her exceptional skills and abilities to provide the warm and welcoming atmosphere in our office.
She has managed to maintain such great world class service to our employees and customers alike.
You ask anyone around, they call her “Mom Carolyn”.

Thank you Carolyn for taking such great care all these years.
Happy Retirement.  You deserve it!

Went to the Mena areas to meet our customers for the 1st t   time and what was mostly impressive was our route driver Amy Metcalf.

1 – 1st four customers would not stop talking about her.  (Excellent customer services quote)

2 -  Her machines were the cleanest I seen in the fort smith area

3 – Her Truck inside and outside is also the cleanest I’ve seen.

4 – Her machines were so organized ( just look like you wanted to buy something)

5 – The most impressive thing is that she is 2 hours away and keeps thing in OUTSTANDING shape  (Didn’t know I was coming)

6 - Every customer would recommend us because of her outstanding customer service.

Need more like Amy? My job was so easy in Mena.

Thank you so much

Phil

Angie,
I am sending these picks to Spotlight Amy Metcalf Associate for Route 521. Amy has always been someone who takes a lot of pride in her job and never has to be micro-managed. She is one who can accept a request, task, or change, and never have to repeat it to her again. Amy’s level of customer service is World Class, and all her customers just love her. Everything she is responsible for from the vending machines, route truck, and work areas are always immaculate and perfectly organized. Amy deserves a special thanks from all of her Managers and support staff for a job well done.

Thanks,

Steve Hunt

Happy Ten Years to Maria & Eugenia!
