Two things: being able to help my coworkers (we have the BEST people) and the fact that no two days are the same.

2. What is your proudest moment at Imperial?

This one takes the cake!

4. If you could meet anyone in the world (dead or alive) who would it be, and why?
It’s a tie between Shakespeare and Robert Plant. Shakespeare because he’s the greatest wordsmith of all time, and Robert Plant because he is a rock legend.

5. Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us?

I am extremely afraid of heights, but do not have a problem being on an airplane.

6. What did you want to be growing up?

An author (I still want to be one!)

7. What’s one thing on your bucket list?
To start a community theater.

8. Where is your home town?
New Castle, Indiana

9. Where would you like to go on a dream vacation?
Cardiff, Wales

Hi Tyler,

I wanted to let you know about some of my client visits from last week that stood out…

Last week, while out seeing clients located on and around S Meridian (Warren Cat, Western Flyer Express, Galleria, Lady Americana, Mathis Bros – just to name a few), I noticed a pattern.  What every single client had in common was that every single machine looked awesome!!  The beverage and snack machines were clean, neat and well stocked and the food machines were clean and well-stocked with the variety that clients want. 

Big thanks to the Ops Team and a big shout out to the Route Driver… thank you for caring about our clients and taking such good care of them.  Your hard work is noticed and very much appreciated!!

Yesterday, she said she thinks her new driver is going to be great. She said he is really nice and polite.

To that point, when I was on site he was filling the food machine. He did not know who Robin and I were, but he politely addressed both us. The machine look as good as I have ever seen it look when he left.

Also, Nathan was there to install the Virtu. He represents Imperial in a fine manner. He presents himself very well, speaks professionally and politely and did good work. He left the area clean and orderly when he was finished, with no parts or trash left behind.

Please let these two know that their efforts are recognized and appreciated.
