Hey, our Delivery Route Driver Chrissy in Russellville has been doing a knock out job on her route!

In the last two days we have had eight different customers sing her praises about how wonderful she is and how great she been at taking care of our customers!

The have stated that they want to keep Imperial because they love her so much!

Good morning,

I just wanted to take a second to give a huge shoot-out to Tim Wilson. Yesterday he met with the contact at Emerald Care OKC and discovered the glass front on site needed a hot shot. I ran this hotshot and upon leaving the account everyone at the front desk wanted me to make sure I let everyone know how much they appreciate Jason Cole, Tim Wilson and Imperial! They were thrilled that we handled the situation and they absolutely love us.

I don’t know what Tim said while at the account but I really do love when I get so many compliments about Imperial and my teammates! Keep doing what you’re doing brother! You make everyone’s job easier and make the customers extremely happy! You rock! WCS at its finest!
