WCS - NWA!

Due to the weather last week, we received a last-minute email that one of our larger Tyson Locations would be working on Saturday and Sunday. 

Our Springdale team jumped through hoops to take care of this and may other locations that worked the weekend. Tyson Noel plant manager sent a reply saying thanks for taking care of them. 

Hats off to the Springdale team for the WCS to our customers.

WCS - Kayla D!

I would like to throw some appreciation to Kayla Day. If anyone deserves recognition it truly is her.  

She does so much for everyone. Anytime I speak with her it is always a learning experience. 

She is so knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Every time I speak with Kayla, I am smarter after the conversation. 

She corrects my issues or is on top of most things that arise. 

I really appreciate everything she does. She sets a high bar for WCS. 

Kayla....Thank you for all you do!

I just wanted to pass this on: today one of my drivers got into an accident close to the shop. He was pretty shaken up with the accident, and I wasn’t able to get to him very quick since it was early in the morning. Carlos was driving by and saw Tyler on the side of the road and stopped to check on him and give him a ride back to the shop. Thank you Carlos for taking care of another member of the team! It’s great to see WCS extended to other members of the team to make sure they’re taken care of.

WCS – Keith K!

 

Something I feel gets missed on the WCS board is what gets done for us as a team. I must give praise to Keith K.  I want to say hands down he has been a great Imperial Ambassador. Whenever something is needed, he is on it. When advice is needed, he will advise how he can and where he can -- but let you think of ways to resolve it on your own. He has been a great motivator not only for work purposes but home life as well.

It can be so easy to point out flaws in people, but with Keith -- he makes coming to work a good thing. There are going to be stressful days and days where it will not go your way. He is always been that calming voice to help choose a different way to look at it. Now for all these reasons is why I do believe that Keith demonstrates WCS.
