WCS - Brandon C!!!
I wanted to share with you some WCS that I got to witness. This past Saturday morning Brandon C, OKC Market/Route Manager, got a email stating that one of his markets was low on product due to a variety of reasons. When Brandon saw the email he wasted very little time trying to come up with a plan to service them and get them to where they needed to be. He saw what was missing from the cameras then went to the warehouse to pick up the product. He then drove over an hour to the location to get them back to his standards.
He drove from Minco to OKC then to Seminole. I am not sure if he had a flux capacitor on his van, but he serviced them in a very timely manner.
Brandon -- thank you for taking the time away from your family to provide World Class Service.
I am proud to call you a teammate!!!

Subject: Praise Report
I received a phone call this morning and was asked by the customer
to pass this along to our Owner & Management Team.
Pete with Glenpool Conference Center said they were in the same
building with Church on the Move yesterday and that Ken S was there
working with Church on the Move and noticed that one of his machines was
leaking and needed maintenance and instead of calling it in he just went over
and repaired it for them without anyone having to ask. He said he was highly
impressed that not only did he fix the machine, but he also called him to let
him know what he did and that it was now fixed. Great Customer Service!
