Kenny went to Dexter Axle today for the market measurements and signal test. One of the contacts, Bailey, sent me a text saying how great Kenny was in answering the few questions that her and her boss had. She also said that their HR manager was blown away by him. I am using their words here, but it’s just typical Kenny.

I had the pleasure of eating dinner with Chris's Boss, Troy G., ( Facility's Director in Wisconsin) last week -- when he found out I delivered coffee to Greenheck for Imperial

He was like , "outstanding company, impeccable customer service". He said "his interaction with Elaine Slaughter and Kenny Kottoe has always been top notch".

I wanted to recognize Raul and team for their work and assistance. Amanda was out last week and no one here knew how to get the MD Supply order in the way Amanda does it. After several calls for help with no resolution, I called Raul and asked if we could do it the way we had in the past. He said no problem and the food made and delivered to OKC on time and to the customer as normally scheduled. So grateful for the teamwork!

 

I hope you will share this with them and knew we appreciate the WCS!
