WCS - Tulsa Install!

I want to give the Install Team some kudos.

This morning we had two vendors (US Foods and Frito Lay) and an install truck filling the three spaces on the dock with another install truck waiting. Pepsi arrived and neither of our vendors were close to being ready to vacate the dock spaces.

The Install Teams volunteered to move off of the dock and use their lift gates to load/offload on the lower docks. This allowed us to receive Pepsi and probably saved the Pepsi driver an hour or two of waiting.

We greatly appreciated it and I wanted to give them a shout out.

I just want to pass along what a gem Imperial has in David, the delivery person for Ernst & Young. When he arrived today, I was on the phone and couldn’t help him with the delivery.  He took it upon himself to put everything away (he’s obviously paid attention to where I put things) and left me with nothing to take care of.  He is always helpful and friendly and takes good care of us.

 

I hope you’ll pass this along to anyone at Imperial who should have this information.
