The Rogersville branch has started hosting the Coffee Break Connection Series with members of the leadership team from Tulsa.
We started in April with "Cookies with the Chiefs" featuring Lance Whorton and John Slaughter. They gave our team insight into the paths they each took to get where they are today and spoke about who we are, where we've been and where we're headed.
In May, we hosted "Stirring Up Innovations" with Micheal Dry and Craig Boyne. Our team learned more about Supply Chain, Product Selection and Procurement, and Innovation.
Employees were able to ask questions and offer their thoughts and suggestions. The events were well-received by both leadership and the team. We look forward to the next "Coffee Talk"!
