World Class Service!

Jeff left off some points in his email below that need highlighted and acknowledged. His team came in at 2:30 in the morning after the storms to pull pre-kit product for the OKC and outlaying routes. Later that morning he also had request from OG&E for storm kits that needed pulled and delivered to their sites as well as having to make a run to Coke to pick up additional product that was shorted on the delivery. The OKC teams effort to not let any customer suffer was truly “World Class Service”.

Great Job OKC Area!

All,

I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone that took part in the very early morning hours of last Thursday after the weather and tornado came through the Moore/Norman and South Oklahoma city area. The fact that the tornado came within one mile of our facility and doing some extensive damage, sending home our pre kit personnel home was the right call. Safety should always be at the forefront of our minds in any and all situations.

The way we came together as a group I believe is unmatched and would be hard pressed to find another operator that could come together in the middle of the night, pick every piece of beverage and snack product needed for each of our 25 pre kit routes from Stillwater to Oklahoma City to Lawton. Special thanks to Casey and Charles for coming to OKC to run transports, Sam Dutcher, Mohammed Chabar and Sean Peterson for jumping in and helping!

I whole heartedly thank you for your efforts every day in providing World Class service to our valued customers and fellow associates! Very proud of our team!
