World Class Service!



Just wanted to share a couple of recent observations that demonstrate how Imperial is providing world class service:



This week I had the opportunity to spend time with Lee Taylor from the Springdale branch.   
We reviewed the RockLine account there to gather information for me to develop a proposal for their sister plant opening in Russellville.  Through the process of visiting the different areas and talking with the customer contacts, Lee was totally professional, courteous and patient in explaining our processes for the customer's understanding.

It was obviously that Lee had taken the initiative to prevent problems due to changes we were implementing and I was impressed by the entire experience with Lee.


When we were involved in the Spirit market installation, a hourly customer explained to us that there had been a continuous problem with one of the selections on the Gatorade machine in the back part of the plant.  Keith Kosty listened to his comments and rather than just say, "I will report it"
he took time from that busy day, got some safety glasses and walked to the back with the employee so he could show him the problem.
 

True excellent customer service!  
I am so proud to be a part of this outstanding team!
