Subject: Thank You
Mike,

We spoke briefly the other day, I want to take a few moments to thank Trent and explain why.  I just learned Mr. Berry retired he too, was instrumental in this association.  You may not know our relationship began in a somewhat precarious role; often in the corporate world one loses the traditional personal experience of the past.  Since then, that connection has shifted back to a true professional alliance.  Much of the credit goes to Trent Hinds who continually goes the extra mile for our mutual client, leidos, located in the Williams II building in downtown Tulsa, which in itself, can be a challenging location for vendors.  Trent never complains there is no problem we cannot resolve together, he contacts me ahead of time on any changes, so that I may alert the client and everything goes smoothly, which typically keeps the process working as it should.

As a Board member for the Route 66 Main Street, I was a volunteer recently, for a local major event in Tulsa, the Route 66 Patriot Car Show (http://www.route66patriotcarshow.com) the proceeds benefiting The Folds of Honor.  I asked a few of my local vendors if any of them wished to participate by donating some product for the volunteers, Trent stepped up and agreed to do so.

I want to ensure he receives credit for this act of generosity, though he did not ask for any nor does he expect any, I firmly believe in extending appreciation for kindness and participation in giving back to our community.  This was our first time in planning this event, the turnout was spectacular and the participation was amazing, we hope Imperial will want to take a more significant role next year, those vendors who do, will be able to have their logo on either a banner and/or the T-Shirts sold at the event.

The partnership between our organizations is essential towards the success of our mutual client, it works because of people like Trent and every other team member who participates in the behind the scenes day-to-day operations.

It is my pleasure to offer heartfelt thanks.

Cherie
