Just wanted to put a good word in for John Steele, Adam
Hiett, Brent Gaines, Jamie Pannell, Scott Smith and any others involved in
yesterday's vending installation at Oklahoma Blood Institute.
The install team was forced at the last minute to provide
this account a glass front machine instead of a stacker which was initially
delivered.
This was an unexpected customer request, but the install
team did an excellent job of scrambling and making it happen all in the same
day.
I followed up with the customer at the end of the day, and
they were very appreciative of our efforts.
