Just wanted to give you an update. After many hours of work and patience on Chris's part, the 365 unit is back in operation and actively processing transactions at this time.

I worked through an issue with IDTech and USATech for many hours late today, and with our Dev teams help, was able to get the reader back in action.

 

In any case, much thanks to Chris for sticking it out and helping us through this.

The teachers were so excited to get their goody bags. I was at open house for Kindergarten this year and the children were all very proud of their bags and school supplies.

Hi John-

Anyone who knows me knows that I will complain when necessary but also compliment when it’s warranted.  I’m writing to you about my Account Manager, Jason Howard.  Jason is a pleasure to work with-he has been wonderful since coming on board as my new Account Manager.  He is always responsive to my concerns, quick to call or e-mail me when I reach out and quickly works to remedy anything that might be wrong.  I truly believe he is the best Account Manager I’ve had since becoming an Imperial customer quite a few years ago.  I appreciate you assigning him to my account and look forward to continuing to work with Jason.

So today I came back to my desk after getting something to drink from the vending machine and find an awesome cookie cake that someone had left with a note: “Congratulations, Mei. From Imperial”.

 

I took a picture of the cake and forwarded it my wife and she was so happy and thankful for the gesture/gift. I have attached our text conversation along with a pic of the cake (for those who haven’t seen it).

On behalf of my wife and I, we again want to thank everyone for the (deliciously aromatic) cookie cake!
