Just a note for “gold star” for the day -  your Technician Carlos was very nice to work with -  He is VERY professional, cleaned up the work area, professional in work and appearance.  A delightful young man. 

We don’t take the time to give “gold stars” often enough.

We would like to pay a compliment to our Imperial coffee guy, Harold Haws.  His friendliness and professionalism is consistent each time that he comes into the office.  With the flow of our traffic here at the office, at times we may run out of certain coffee supplies before Harold is scheduled to deliver and, anytime that we have to reach out to him to see if he can drop product by the office he ALWAYS delivers.  He seems to be the type of guy that goes above and beyond to take care of his customers’ needs and for that, we are truly appreciative!

I just wanted to compliment Imperial on the Appreciation Dinner that we had here at Dixie Consumer Products in week 10/10/16. 

The food was fresh and very good tasting.  Bob Wiley was great at keeping just the right amount cooked so that there was food available, but, not so much that it got cold.  He was friendly and he and the persons serving (Ashley was the young lady working when I was over there) kept the serving tables clean and organized and were very friendly to the people attending.

Further, when they left, there was no mess or trash – everything was cleaned up and returned to the way it was before they arrived.

Overall, we were very pleased and felt like it was a great experience for our employees.  So much so, that we are planning a “Holiday Dinner” in December and overwhelmingly the Leadership team encouraged me to make sure I got a quote from Imperial.  They really enjoyed the dinner.

I work at the One Technology Center at Second Street and South Cincinnati Avenue in Tulsa, and I often eat an Imperial sandwich from the vending machine.  My favorite is ham and cheese on wheat, and occasionally egg and sausage.
