Just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to Rick Horne in the Fort Smith branch.  Recently the owner of our coffee customer Tote-A-Poke, the 10 store chain of convenience stores in eastern Oklahoma wanted to increase the throw on all of their cappuccino machines.

The message was sent to Rick and he completed the adjustment at ALL OF THE STORES IN ONE DAY!  Talk about World Class Service!  Great service like this creates an impressive customer experience and improves the ability to sell.  Please post on our good news blog.

Amarillo Party Pics!

Here are some of the pics from the families that we helped this year! First we all meet two Saturdays ago and bought all the presents for all the families. Then last Friday night we has a gift wrapping party with all employees and their families (Spouses and children) all helped. Then last night we delivered all the gifts to them. 

It was amazing to get to help these families in need and they were so thankful. This experience was amazing from start to finish. 

The team here in Amarillo really went above and beyond all my expectations. We sure changed some people's lives and people realized how blessed we are to have what we have.

My name is Heath .. in Seminole Oklahoma. I am a production supervisor and I have been with the company for almost 9 years. You have an individual working for you by the name of Kenny that services here. I wanted for anyone to know he is by far the best individual that I have seen come through here that has worked for Imperial. I am not saying the other people have not been good nor have I met them all that have come through. I am just saying Kenny has been a wonderful, hardworking, with the best attitude that I have ever met come through here.  We here ... strive to show appreciation and point out our greatest so I wanted to do the same for him. I just wanted to take the time to point him out to whoever should know. I in no way benefit from this. I truly just wanted you to know what type of employee you have.
