Recently Marko was asked to help with the market install and
training at Southwestern Wire, specifically utilizing his language skills with
the employees at Southwestern Wire who are primarily Spanish speaking.
Marko was friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, easily established
rapport, and was a true asset regarding the kiosk training for the
employees.
His contributions significantly contributed to an outstanding
install, training, and setting a positive foundation for the relationship and
service standards moving forward with our new client.
