WCS - New Coffee Set up!


 Good morning,

This was an usual coffee account that was previously serviced by another provider.  They had a coffee unit that was leaking but when the customer tried to get them to correct it, they said it wasn't their problem.  So after time, the entire bottom of their coffee bar sank and was ruined.

The installation was scheduled for a day when they had a couple of helpers there to remove the entire cabinet and our service techs then replaced with a couple of our stainless steel OCS stands.  It looks fantastic!  My only regret is that I didn't take a before photo.

This is true "WORLD CLASS SERVICE" and I want to thank those service techs for going the extra mile to take care of this customer.  This customer will be a real advocate for Imperial!

Great Works in Progress!


We had an organization called Loveworks here at our office yesterday. 
It is an organization that provides young students 11-14 years old an opportunity to operate a business.  
Here is the team that runs and operates a salsa company in OKC.
We are working to use their product as an ingredient to help give them exposure.  

Great stuff working with them.

WCS - John Lee!

Today while installing the micro market at one of the dorms John Lee actually reset and got an ice machine running again – the machine has not been working for several months! This afternoon several residents were so excited to see the ice machine was operating again.

All,
We wanted to pass along some great WCS news that was provided by our customer Gateway First. While attending a Workplace Wellness Meeting yesterday our contacts ( Eric - Health and Wellness Director & Hobie - Vice President) were so impressed with the service they received. First the technology piece that alerted that there was a power outage in the Market at their facility, and most importantly that the coolers were locked down for the safety of their employees. Prior to any employees arriving at the office after the long holiday weekend that Market was back up and operable, and had been filled with fresh product due to the power outage.  They are sharing with their employees, how much Imperial cares and appreciate everyone going above and beyond.

Actions like this really strengthen our partnership with Gateway, and this was a great way to start out a Workplace Wellness recap meeting for Michael, Kenny and I.  Please share with your teams that they are appreciated for all of their efforts. A special thank you to Chris and TJ for heading this up!
