Good morning,
This was an usual coffee account that was previously
serviced by another provider. They had a coffee unit that was leaking but when the customer tried to
get them to correct it, they said it wasn't their problem. So after time, the entire bottom of their
coffee bar sank and was ruined.
The installation was scheduled for a day when they had a
couple of helpers there to remove the entire cabinet and our service techs then
replaced with a couple of our stainless steel OCS stands. It looks fantastic! My only regret is that I didn't take a before
photo.
This is true "WORLD CLASS SERVICE" and I want
to thank those service techs for going the extra mile to take care of this
customer. This customer will be a real
advocate for Imperial!
