Keith,

Today I had an interview with a young lady who applied for a route delivery position. I asked how she heard about the position. She told me that she currently works for Fed Ex and the driver who takes care of their vending machines gave her information about the company. She asked questions about what he does and if he enjoyed it. He replied saying that it's a great career and they have opportunities for growth. She stated that he was extremely pleasant to talk to and made her want to know more about the position. So, she applied and wanted to thank him for the conversation they had. If it wasn't for his World Class Service, she never would have approached him. The person she was referring too was none other than Davey P. So, I wanted to make sure Davey got some recognition for this.

I had a meeting this morning with Sharon .l. .  at OK Commons. She wanted me to pass on the exceptional customer service from her service tech Robert. She stated she called in an issue in during the afternoon. Robert called her to let her know he would not make it by closing and would be there first thing in the morning. He showed shortly after they opened and resolved the issue and "was just as sweet as he could be" . 

The continued WCS our employees are providing is continuing to open door for more services, it looks like we will be acquiring the coffee and this account and there will be other opportunities at other accounts her company manages.
