I had a meeting this morning with Sharon .l. . at OK Commons. She wanted me to pass on the exceptional customer
service from her service tech Robert. She stated she called in an issue in
during the afternoon. Robert called her to let her know he would not make it by
closing and would be there first thing in the morning. He showed shortly after
they opened and resolved the issue and "was just as sweet as he could
be" .
The continued WCS our employees are providing is continuing to open door for more services, it looks like we will be acquiring the coffee and this account and there will be other opportunities at other accounts her company manages.
