World Class Service comes in all ways and we had a great example of that on Monday 6-6-22. Matt P. who is QC Service Manager showed why this is so important . We had an account that was switching from vending to a Social Feedia Market at an account. There were several issues but due to his persistence and figuring how to do something new he was able to figure it out and the customer never knew. Matt was able to work with Chris P. and 365 to get this taken care of quickly. A shout out to Chris and Kayla of course for helping with this as well.
This could have gone all kinds of wrong but this is a great example of what WCS is.
