Good News Friday!
In this picture, Imperial employees Summer Lessly and Colby Moe are taking ownership of an issue in the snack machine at an account. They were there to service the market, and Summer noticed an issue with the snack machine and took it upon herself to ask Colby to open the machine so that she could fix it. This is a perfect example of our World Class Service and the caliber of employees we hire.
Keith Kosty, who has been with Imperial for 20 years, shared this picture in a Missouri branch weekly meeting and communicated how impressed he was with the work ethic of both Summer and Colby. Kenneth Donnalley stated, “innovation and self-direction create world class service.”
