I wanted to brag on David F. and let you know how professional, and personal, he is with each customer, and he truly lives out the WCS mantra every day!
Last week I picked up the coffee tasting kit from Cust-O Fab downtown. They are current customer, that wanted to get away from Folders (previous owner's preference), so David let us know that they were looking for something different. We provided them several options in our tasting kit, and they are wanting to go with Imperial's Mountain Morning Roast.As I was leaving their office, I was stopped by several employees to tell me how much they love David being 'their coffee guy," since he is always so nice, professional, gets them what they need, takes care of the equipment, an really makes every visit a great experience.
