Great Job Fort Smith Branch!

I have some good news to share from the Fort Smith Branch.

On March 27, the new CEO of Tyson Poultry visited our Tyson Waldron facility and had lunch from Imperial’s Café. We knew ahead of time about the visit and everyone from the Foodservice , Tech Dept. , and Vending done everything possible to make Imperial shine.

I just got word back from Roberta (Imperial’s Café MGR) that both the Tyson Complex Manager and the Plant Manager gave us rave reviews about how well we presented ourselves and the CEO had several positive comments about the Cafeteria and Vending.

Great Job Preston Little!!!

On Wednesday I received a call from Phillips Theological Seminary.

Jules wanted to let me know how much they appreciated Preston Little.

She told me he is always courteous and does a great job taking care of them.

Great Job NWA!!

Margaret,
I have enjoyed working with the Imperial group, especially Terry & Cass who are always willing to go out of their way to take care of us!  I look forward to seeing you again in the future too!
Thanks for taking the time to spend with us to ensure that our install was a success.  I was very impressed with everyone I met from Imperial.
Thanks!
Denise

World Class Service

                                      “World Class Service”

Every manager has heard this phrase this year but what have you done with it? Does every employee at your branch truly understand that they are a part of this World Class Service we are providing?
I know we have passed this on to our route associates because they are truly our first line of customer service, or are they?
We have to get every employee understanding that the job they perform is a part of this World Class Service. From our warehouse and how they handle product to our commissary and the product they prepare to our tech team and their timely response to calls to our refurb team and the equipment they prepare to our install team and the first impression they make to our pickline and how they pack the product to our office staff who visit with customers daily to our money room and yes to our route associates.
As you can see everyone plays a part in World Class Service no matter what their job is, the end result is always our customer.
Now ask yourself again has everyone heard that they provide World Class Service?

letter from OKC customer - Great Job!

Hello Stacy
hoping all is well and you’re OK.  As you have been told this facility is closing down and will no longer have active duty personnel here after Friday of this week with the exception of 5 of us ( 3 security, 1 janitor and myself).  It has been a very good run and personally there is no finer vendor than Imperial for the quality of goods and the service you provide.  I wish I had the authority to make decisions for I would keep the site open and maintain our partnership forever and eternity. Charles and Julia have both done superb jobs in my opinion as Route Supervisors and it’s because of the support they have gotten from you and the entire management team.  So much more could be said but there is not enough time in a day therefore regrettably consider this e-mail as your 30 Day Cancellation Notice to suspend services.   Feel free to remove your equipment any time after the end of the month until early April.  This authorization has been issued by Sherri De Lau, Convergys Project Team Manager for the Moore, Oklahoma Convergys location.  I will be remaining at the site until around June 24 at the latest.

Very Best Regards,

David Dawson
