“World Class Service”
Every manager has heard this phrase this year but what have
you done with it? Does every employee at your branch truly understand that they
are a part of this World Class Service we are providing?
I know we have passed this on to our route associates because
they are truly our first line of customer service, or are they?
We have to get every employee understanding that the job they
perform is a part of this World Class Service. From our warehouse and how they
handle product to our commissary and the product they prepare to our tech team
and their timely response to calls to our refurb team and the equipment they
prepare to our install team and the first impression they make to our pickline
and how they pack the product to our office staff who visit with customers
daily to our money room and yes to our route associates.
As you can see everyone plays a part in World Class Service
no matter what their job is, the end result is always our customer.
Now ask yourself again has everyone heard that they provide
World Class Service?
