hoping all is well and you’re OK. As you
have been told this facility is closing down and will no longer have active
duty personnel here after Friday of this week with the exception of 5 of us ( 3
security, 1 janitor and myself). It has been a very good run and
personally there is no finer vendor than Imperial for the quality of goods and
the service you provide. I wish I had the authority to make decisions for
I would keep the site open and maintain our partnership forever and eternity.
Charles and Julia have both done superb jobs in my opinion as Route Supervisors
and it’s because of the support they have gotten from you and the entire
management team. So much more could be said but there is not enough time
in a day therefore regrettably consider this e-mail as your 30 Day Cancellation
Notice to suspend services. Feel free to remove your equipment any
time after the end of the month until early April. This authorization has
been issued by Sherri De Lau, Convergys Project Team Manager for the Moore,
Oklahoma Convergys location. I will be remaining at the site until around
June 24 at the latest.
