I
stopped by Motel 6 in Bartlesville
yesterday to say hello to assistant manager Lori Flowers.
She raved about her new route driver, Jason Wooley. He always says hello to staff and guests and
makes sure their snack machine is in proper working order before he leaves.
She
even shared a story about a little girl who approached Jason while he was
filling his snack machine. Jason visited with her and helped her make a cheeto
purchase. While the Bartlesville Motel 6 is certainly not the largest Imperial
account, I believe Jason demonstrated that our world class service is not based
on volume or location of an account.
I called Jason after my visit with Lori
and met him at his next stop to thank him for his dedication at our Bartlesville accounts.
