Good morning,

I wanted to get you some info on Harold Haws for our blog. I introduced myself yesterday at an account that has been newly assigned to me, AEP Oologah. I barely got my name out, when Jamie started telling me how wonderful Harold is. After our meeting, I called Harold to let him know I am sick and tired of hearing how my contacts think the sun rises and sets on Harold Haws. Harold services many of my customers both large and small and this is a scenario that I hear over and over again. I am so appreciative of Harold’s interaction with my customers and I’m sure Imperial is as well. When a contact knows one of our coffee reps by name, that is called building relationships and WCS!!

I wanted to let you know about the great World Class Service that our coffee team has been providing. Jim, Fred, Ken and Max have done an outstanding job in our  latest and biggest fundraiser to date. We have recently implemented a new coffee ordering form, and the team has been so receptive and given us great feedback, and all their ideas have been so appreciated.

Our most recent delivery was to the Owasso Band Patrons, they were so impressed with all the  attention to detail, and how professional everything looked and how well organized it was upon delivery. Every order was processed and filled to perfection and our payment has already been processed.

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful it is to be part of a great team, and how much I appreciate everyone’s efforts. It gives me the ability to sale with great confidence knowing the  World Class Experience our customers can look forward to.
