Well apparently the route driver (Jason Barber) went ahead and moved the machine for Cheryl because she was panicking.

She said he was nice & kind, very helpful, and definitely deserved a raise!  J

Amazing WCS - Great Job Mark!

Please post this unbelievable account of an Imperial employee going far and beyond to take care of one of our customers.  I received a call today from JerCo Industries south of Locust Grove, and way off the beaten path.

 

Debbie wanted to compliment Imperial on the dedication of our route driver.

The storm last week had knocked over a tree blocking the county road that leads to JerCo.

Rather than skip a scheduled service on a customer and even though still at least a mile from JerCo, Mark Dunn parked his truck on the side of the road, pulled his product, loaded his cart, and continued on his way by foot!!!

Oh and here is the best part, after I called Mark to tell him how amazing that call made me feel, he told me it was the owner of JerCo who was out checking damage, that picked up Mark and product, drove him back to his truck, and moved the tree with his truck and winch.

 

If that’s not WCS, I don’t know what is, and another incredible example of one of our drivers being a great ambassador for Imperial.

**Spot Light Group** Tulsa Facility Team

This month Tulsa Facility TEAM is in the **Spot Light**

Chris would like to take a minute to thank his entire team: 
Ken G, Josh B, Darryl W, Kourtney W & newbie Gary P. 

These individuals have come together as a team over the last few months, recently while Darryl was out, Josh stepped up to keep the refrigeration bench going, even taking the time to train Gary.    Ken has been heading up ice maker installs and maintenance - as a result the number of service calls has gone way down.  Kourtney has been doing a great job with the housekeeping duties and has expanded cleaning into areas we had not been servicing prior.

WCS-McKee Foods Market Conversion

I would like to thank everyone involved in the Market conversion at McKee Foods on July 1.

 

Daniel Schwartz, TJ & Chris from Tulsa-These guys did a great job and proved that Imperial is ONE BIG TEAM!

Rachelle, Bob and his team, Heidi and Esther- We had a full catering during the process of installing 2 Markets, great job from our catering staff as always

Julie & Stephanie came in from Tulsa to help sign up employees on Market accounts-these ladies went above and beyond while covering the third shift and did it all with an amazing customer service mindset

Dwayne Franco & our service department-Jason, Mike, Dakota & Taylor did an outstanding job for the entire month leading up to this conversion and knocked it out of the park on July 1

James Pickney, Don Bodin & Esther Stratton all jumped in to ensure we could get as many of McKee’s 1,600 employees signed up for market accounts as possible

David Pense, Rick Remington & Gary Zulpo worked a long, hard day doing anything and everything they could to ensure a smooth transition
