Please
post this unbelievable account of an Imperial employee going far and beyond to
take care of one of our customers. I
received a call today from JerCo Industries south of Locust Grove, and way off
the beaten path.

wanted to compliment Imperial on the dedication of our route driver.
The
storm last week had knocked over a tree blocking the county road that leads to
JerCo.
Rather
than skip a scheduled service on a customer and even though still at least a
mile from JerCo, Mark Dunn parked his truck on the side of the road, pulled his
product, loaded his cart, and continued on his way by foot!!!
Oh
and here is the best part, after I called Mark to tell him how amazing that
call made me feel, he told me it was the owner of JerCo who was out checking
damage, that picked up Mark and product, drove him back to his truck, and moved
the tree with his truck and winch.
If
that’s not WCS, I don’t know what is, and another incredible example of one of
our drivers being a great ambassador for Imperial.
