Thank you
for your business Donny!

Wow…very
good response from everyone. Glad to see it. Just so everyone will
know, our third shift associates are very pleased with the service and the way
everything is set up and also the large selection of items. Very good
job. I am glad that I have a point of contact and the very quick
responses I am getting. Kayla, here is the number off the back of the
little card I have.CVAC000138847. I think going forward I wish to stay
with the card and not use the fingerprint, and the reason being is that I am in
Maintenance and do get grease on my hands every now and then. Again,
thanks to everyone who is helping.
Great job.

Good
morning,
Donny, I
have combined your balances but the scanner ID attached to your newest account
is not a format I’ve seen before so I ‘d like to speak with you at your
convenience and get that new market card number from you so everything runs
smoothly going forward. I am thinking it is an ID associated with a fingerprint,
but ideally I’d override that with a card number and then have you set a new
fingerprint linked specifically to that card number.
Kind
Regards,
Kayla

Kayla,Would you fulfill Donny’s request of fixing his accounts and funds?
Thanks,
Daniel

Sorry for the misspelling of your name. Donny Brock is what I
meant to type. Auto correct can be a hassle.
My apologies.

I've included Daniel and Chris in this thread to inform them of the issue. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call or email me.
Thanks,
Dean

Good morning
everyone. I will get in touch with 365 support and see what I can do to help. I
did indeed change out the finger print reader last week. I do apologize for the
inconvenience. I'll get back with you all as soon as I have a resolution.
Thanks,
Dean

Ms. Hayes,
on my account, it got to where the machine would not read my thumb print.
Very frustrating. I opened another account using the small cards. Can you
transfer the money I had on my thumb print account over to my account with the
card? We may need to have a service tech lower the sensitivity on the
scanner maybe???
Thank you.

Donny,
I will be
sure to get with driver on your concerns.
Thank you,
Yolanda

Please have extra napkins left in your storage rooms, as when the dispenser runs out, I can restock until the driver gets here. Tonight I had to take salt from the front breakroom to the back breakroom. If you would leave extra condiments in both storage rooms, I can help and restock till the driver gets here. Also if you have empty boxes, please leave them outside your storage door and I will get them picked up. We are also having sightings of rodents and any extra food or trash left in these closets will attract them to your area. So please help us keep them clean.
Thank you.

WCS - Matt C!
To All,
I am sending this to express my appreciation to Imperial for
sending Matt Cannizzaro to Fort Smith to help train me in the area of
scheduling routes. Also, to thank Matt for coming and doing such a great job.
He not only gave his knowledge of scheduling, but also a better understanding
of some processes, to myself and others here, to help us become more proficient
as we move forward. I am confident I will be learning more from Matt in the
future, by phone, e-mail, or hopefully in person, from time to time.
I believe
Matt, through his attitude and actions, exhibits what World Class Service is
all about.
Thank You Again, both Imperial and Matt,
Steve C.

Inspiring story - One of our own's Victory! Celebrate with Jerod & Alisha!

TULSA, Oklahoma -
We first met Alisha Sellers earlier this year, a new mom who was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer.

"They actually didn't show me my scan because it was so bad and now they have told me they really didn't expect me to make it. The scan shows black when it's cancer and my entire body was cancer," said Alisha Sellers.
And this is Alisha now, still taking cancer meds and oral chemotherapy but she has a miraculous story to tell. Here's her scan now, all clear.
"I know some people say God's healed me and then others say you need a doctor and obviously doctors are very gifted and knowledgeable and they want the very best for us as well so a combination of the amazing people here, Dr. Keller, the nurses, everything, everyone working together... it's a miracle," said Alisha Sellers.
Alisha's doctor says her results are phenomenal. She tolerated the medicine and put up with the side effects and she had such a strong, positive outlook.
"Attitude might not cure your cancer or make cancer get better but it helps you get through all the bumps in the road so that you can keep moving forward and that's where attitude is so important," said Dr. Alan Keller, Oncologist.
And Alisha had a lot to live for. Little Kaid, who just turned 10 months, and her husband Jerod gave her a reason to fight.
"I know I didn't just have a baby to leave him and the one thing that will get me choked up is if I start to think about the what could have happened and not only leaving my baby but leaving my husband," said Alisha Sellers.
Most likely, Alisha will be on some type of maintenance treatment indefinitely, a small price to pay for a new lease on life.
This year's Race For The Cure is set for September 24th and ONEOK Field in downtown Tulsa.

Family Helps Oklahoma Woman Fight Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is the leading cancer for women in the United States and that diagnosis can turn your world upside down.
I am following up on one woman's journey to encourage all of us to Race for the Cure. We first met Alisha Sellers earlier this year, a new mom who was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer.
