HAPPY NOV ANNIV!
Monday, October 30, 2017
Thank you - From Gary
Thank you all for your prayers, thoughts, emails, texts and
calls over the past few days. My entire family thanks you and I am grateful to
work for a family and not just a company. I have known for a long time that
Imperial is a step above most companies when it comes to how they treat their
employees and it has never been more apparent than during this time. Again,
thank you and God bless.

Way to go Erin and Chris! Honestly, I am not surprised.
Erin saved my butt at Southwestern Christian during the President’s inauguration events back in 2013. 20k in three days!!
I would have died without her!

WCS - Amarillo!
Can I Just start by saying WOW!
The last two days have
been crazy here in Amarillo! I recently got the contract for the Valero Mckee
plant in Sunray Texas with 2500 employees.
The vendor that we took the business
from pulled their machines out a week early around 32 machines.
Chad’s
employees are top notch and stayed until the job was done 8:30 pm to be exact.
Situations like this really makes you see the world-class service that Imperial
has to offer with the great people we have!
I want to thank Chad , ED , Toby , Tim for knocking it out of the park
today!

Lance,
Just wanted to let you know that Delina and her team did a
great job handling the magnitude and quickness of our cold mill outage. It was
flawless execution on their part and we even had some comments from people in
the mill about how quick the vending machines were up and running after the
electricity was turned back on.
Please let her know we sincerely appreciate having her team
and herself servicing our account!
Have a good day,

I just received a call from SITEL in Norman on our employee Kenneth Williams Rt.330. Nicki stayed that Mr. Williams is doing a kudos job on keeping the machines stock. The company ran out of Mt. Dew and Mr. Williams added an extra row of Mt. Dew. Ms. Nicki would like Mr. Williams to keep up the fantastic work .

Hi Elaine,
Thanks for following up. Everything was perfect!
The crew was very friendly and professional. I’m pretty sure that having
you all handle our event turnkey will be the best decision I’ve made all
year.
We’re looking forward to doing it again tomorrow over on
Memorial.
Thanks so much,
Jason
