I would like to send a quick note regarding our rep, Mike
Duane.
Mike has been responsive, on point and extremely
customer/client orientated. He came in to build a relationship and has kept it
going strong.
Having a company provide a good service is expected, but
having a company build a partnership is awesome!
Mike has demonstrated a partnership with my department and
understanding that our success with internal customers often depends on his
serviceability.
