Thank you for sharing. Drew does an outstanding job of keeping Macy’s looking beautiful! This a very challenging year to manage such a large account and keep it looking nice. Drew has done great since he started on the route. I always love to hear it when people at an account mention our people by name. It’s awesome that he mentioned Robert as well!

Everyone – This is the sweet spot that can be challenging to achieve within a customer. Great operational service and great customer service provided by the driver.

Sincerely I say, GREAT job to Drew, all that support Drew’s efforts and Macy’s as a whole.

Good morning,

Just wanted to pass along the awesome things a customer just commented on regarding Macy’s. He’d called for a CC issue (that resolved itself via his wife once I’d called him back), and he took the time to tell me about how awesome he thinks our services and personnel are. He said he used to work for BlueS&* and is just blown away by how friendly our people are, how well stocked our market and machines are, and how clean everything always is. He said if we ever needed a photo op, it’s this account, and you wouldn’t even have to clean it beforehand. He mentioned Robert by name and said our driver – Drew - always says hello and is super friendly. His wife also mentioned that it was one of our guys that helped her set up her account (the funds that were originally questioned by the husband).

 

I thanked him immensely and told him we surely appreciated it because he wouldn’t believe how often we hear only the negative, so it’s super nice to just hear that we’re doing good by them!!

 

He also said he doesn’t know how BlueS&* is still in business and I just had to laugh 😊
