I wanted to send a recap of my meeting with Marla.

They LOVE David Burns and are so happy to have him there
assisting. She is thrilled that he is there. Says he’s a go getter and a very
hard worker.
Overall, she’s seen a big improvement on service and she
attributes most of this to having David there.

said his name was Dave Messlowski, and he wanted to let the staff at Imperial
know that he thinks our service is very good & that when a problem arises
we are always there the same day to try & fix the problem or load a
machine. He said I know people normally only call to complain so he
wanted to call and says Thanks .

John said he follows through on things that need to be done and he takes care of issues faster than any other manager before. Just thought you would like to give some kudos to Davey. I also let him know we had some
changes in our service department and he was happy about hopefully getting a
faster response. He said he fills like his service calls were getting sidelined
due to being DRS business. I assured him if this was the case that will never
happen moving forward. John also assured me if he hears anything form the DRS
that would affect Imperial I would be the first call he would make. He’s
happy!
