I know we mention a lot of what is overlooked or done
incorrect. I’d like to give equal time to the ones that do well.
I took a change bag to the customer and they said things
have gone very well over the past year that the current driver has had the route.
The machine looked very good and was fully stocked. With all around good
reports from the customer I felt confident enough to bring up pricing and
the increase was accepted with no hesitation.
That is a great reminder that ‘service sells’. Tyler,
please let this driver know their work is appreciated.
