 On a side note Ben, I would like to thank Imperial for all their hard work and dedication to us this year.  Getting everything in place seemed like a mountain of paper work and one fire after another, but it appears all worth it in the long run.  The level of customer service and response to any issue no matter how small has been above phenomenal.  The amount of positive feedback has been incredible.
