Great Feed back from Customer

Once again I must tell you what a wonderful sandwich I got from your vending machine!  I work at City Hall in downtown Tulsa, right next to the Williams-BOK Tower.  Imperial runs the vending machines here.  You make the best sandwiches!  The meat is fresh and pink and tasty.  The bread is firm and moist, but not soggy.  It is simply delicious. Please keep up the great work!

 From a caller in Tulsa!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the gentleman that “let me in” at a traffic jam in Tulsa Hills today.  I was stuck in a lane that had a stalled car and while everybody was whizzing by me, he let me go in front of him!  Thank you nice man!!

Mark,

Thank you so much for providing the samples for us.  Our Mark really likes the two you sent and would like to get a box of each.

That was the Breakfast Blend and Dark Magic.  I appreciate you going above and beyond for us.  If you have any questions please

Do not hesitate to give me a call.

Thank you,

Tulsa **Spot Light** Employee - Matt C!

How did you first learn about Imperial? Employee referral

What do you find the most challenging at Imperial? Pushing the boundaries of what our technology makes possible.

What drew you to Imperial originally? And how has Imperial changed since?
I’m the kind of person that needs to stay busy and that’s never a challenge at Imperial. Imperial has changed in almost every way imaginable. When I started on route we used pencil and paper to hand count what each machine needed.

What is the favorite part about working for Imperial?
In many ways the one constant at Imperial is the change and that’s what I like most. Always working for a better tomorrow and it keeps things fresh.

What is your proudest moment at Imperial? Representing Imperial and the work we’ve done with Lightspeed to create the Level software program at NAMA 2017.

Are you messy or organized? Can’t I be both?

Do you have a favorite quote?
“I do not want to be a product of my environment. I want my environment to be a product of me.” – William Monahan

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us? I spent 12 years singing in a church choir.

What did you want to be growing up? I wanted to be an Astronaut but in High School I developed a terrible habit for Mt. Dew and Dunkin’ Stix so I decided I might be better suited for delivering delicious refreshments to the general public.

Where is your home town? I was born and raised a Tulsan.

WCS - Tulsa Team!

Lance,

I wanted to reach out to you and say thank you for all you and your team
have done for our facility here in Tulsa in just a short amount of time.
From our first meeting here in our facility, when you brought Frank over, I
knew we had made the right choice for a business partner.  But nothing
could have prepared me for how incredible you and the team you lead truly
are.  Elaine, Kelly, Kenny, Harold, Julie and Robin have all been amazing
to interact with, each one of them is a true ambassador of your company.
Everything has been met with a "can do" attitude and a smile to be doing it
for us, my team and I could learn a great deal from each of them.  You have
made customer service an art form, and Warren CAT is fortunate to be a part
of your client list. You have much to be proud of as each member of your
company represents the brand you are building.

I would also like to extend a special thank to Ben for stepping in for
Julie at the last minute for Kiosk training, and to Kelly for jumping in
head first to get our West Tulsa facility taken care of when Blue Sky
pulled out of there without notice.  If there is ever anything myself or
Warren CAT can do for you, please do not hesitate to ask.  Good luck in
Amarillo next week, I am sure your team members there are excited!

WCS - Tech Team!

Just wanted to recognize John Steele and his install team for their efforts in providing Warren CAT Power Systems with vending equipment on just a day's notice last week.

Blue Sky pulled their vending and coffee equipment at this location without notifying them, and Warren CAT was very appreciative of us helping them out on such short notice.
