OKC - WCS - Kenny
Just received a phone call from Nate Smith at Sitel. He
wanted me to know how much he enjoyed his vendor Kenny.
He said that Kenny is a true ambassador for Imperial which
makes him love Imperial more.
He said Kenny is kind to every employee, even the difficult
ones, and makes sure they are heard and any issues are resolved
immediately.
Way to go Kenny, WCS!

Lance,
We are coming to the final stretch of completing our new
office space at 71st/Lewis location for the Callidus and Russell
Teams. It has been a challenging experience with the new build out,
however, I must say that my experience with the Imperial Team surpassed all my
expectations of quality, experience, communication, and professionalism
just to name a few behaviors.
·
April - what a wonderful route person. Everyone loves
her. When we were going to change the type of coffee services, my only
requirement was that April continue to service our account. She is one of
many of your greatest assets!
·
The presentation of Elaine, Mike and Skip during our evaluation process,
was one of the best presentations I have encountered in a long time. I
was already a fan of Imperial, but the “dream team” WOWED the Russell
folks.
·
The Design Team and Installation team worked with all our challenges,
delays, problems and are still working to get this project to completion.
Please note, it is not any delay on the Imperial Team, it is the contractor
delays. I do believe Imperial was on a “holding pattern” just waiting for
the time they could install. They worked around our schedule and was
greatly appreciated by all
·
The “GO LIVE” Team that were here today, and will be here January 3rd,
answered all the questions and I think the training went well. We have a way
to go to completion, but only because of the holiday vacation schedule of our
employees, again, not a delay on your side.
·
The ongoing communication between Elaine, Mike and I was greatly
appreciated with all the schedule changes
In closing, have a Merry Christmas
Thea

WCS - Kayla!
I just wanted
you all to see the very touching letter Tracy Bush sent regarding Kayla from
her conversations with Omada in OKC. I know of several other customers and
coworkers that would echo the same praises! This is just one of many.

Hi Keith,
I wanted to take a couple of minutes to forward some major
kudos and compliments that I received yesterday about Kayla from one of our
clients.
While visiting with Elaine at Omada yesterday, she
complemented our service, personnel, attentiveness, etc.; expressing that they
were VERY happy with every aspect of what we bring to Omada.
And then… she started RAVING about the service she always
receives from Kayla. She raved about her promptness, attentiveness,
friendliness, positive and friendly demeanor, knowledge… I mean, I think at one
point she had used all of the positive descriptors available while expressing
her gratitude for Kayla’s awesomeness. And multiple times, she made me
assure her that I would make sure her supervisor knew how grateful and appreciative
they are for Kayla’s work and how awesome she and the service she provides is.
On a more personal and professional note, I concur with
everything Elaine said and greatly appreciate all that Kayla does for me and
the clients of Imperial.
Thank you very much!
Kind regards,
Tracy Bush | Account Manager

Julie
Hope you and your family had a great holiday. Just wanted to give a shout out to my route driver Robert Warren. He did an outstanding job for Macy’s peak 2017 and is still continuing to exceed expectations with service. I truly want to thank you and Robert for the outstanding service this year. It was our busiest season to date at the Owasso facility and I did not receive any constructive feedback related to vending and that makes my job easier. The Imperial team was on point every step of the way.
Great pic of Imperial on the job before sun rise.
Thank you!
Jay
...........
I couldn’t agree more, Robert does an amazing job for clients, consumers and Imperial!!!
Thanks for your encouragement
