I
stopped by Lowes Bartlesville and visited with one of the managers, Josh
Whitley. He was very pleased with our service and was especially impressed with
Dianna. She services the changer and food machine at this location for us. Josh
told me Dianna is very friendly, always says hello, and listens to his
employees about any requests they have.
I am sure if we asked all her
customers, we would get the same compliments about Dianna. I am certainly
fortunate that Dianna services some of my accounts and we should all be glad to
have her at Imperial doing WCS for our customers.
